Do you need a deposit to book?
Yes, all bookings require a $20 deposit that is applied to your service total.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Cash, Venmo, Zelle, and Cashapp.
How do I book a service?
You can book a service through our website.
What is your cancelation policy?
You must cancel within 24 hours or you must forfeit the deposit. You may roll over your deposit to a new booking once, but afterwards you must forfeit booking and may create a new one.
What products do you use?
We use high-quality medical grade products. Examples can include Skinscript, Glymed+, Sthemex, Xemitx, and Murad.
How long does my hair have to before waxing?
Quarter inch or size of grain of rice.
What do I do before and after my waxing appointment?
Before: Ensure your hair is the size of a quarter inch or longer (the size of a grain of rice).
24 hours after: Avoid touching the area. Do not exfoliate the area. Do not exercise or swim. Keep the area clean and dry. No makeup/deodorants/perfumes/soaps after 24 hours, no sun exposure, or tanning 48 hours before or after a wax.
3 to 10 days after: Gently exfoliate the area a few times a week (be careful not to over-exfoliate), and moisturize the area. Schedule your next session with your service provider to ensure the optimal results.
Can I work out or go swimming after my facial?
Avoid saunas, moisture, swimming, or strenuous exercise for 48 hours after your facial.
I am going on vacation soon. When is a good time to plan my wax or facial?
Aftercare is very important. It is best to avoid sun exposure a few days after your service for both waxing and facials. Give yourself a few days of time before scheduling your trip to allow your skin to rest. Remember to always use SPF 30+ when exposed to the sun.
